On Monday 6 September 2021, BeGreen A/S published its annual report for 2020/2021, showing a net profit of DKK 306 million before tax. This is an increase of DKK 311 million compared to the financial year 2019/2020.
Luxcara og BeGreen sign one of Europe’s largest solar PV agreements. Four new solar PV parks in Denmark with a collective capacity of up to 415 MWp. The beer and fizzy soft drink production is back in full swing at Denmark’s second largest brewery Royal Unibrew. Wanting to reduce its CO2 emissions from the production, Royal Unibrew entered into a collaboration with BeGreen to develop a 23-hectare solar PV plant, equivalent to about 5,000 single-family homes with an average annual consumption of 4,000 kWh.
NKT is already well underway connecting the huge high-voltage cables so we can start illuminating our new Danish Vandel III solar PV park later this year. We are delighted that NKT won the order for Vandel III and look forward to producing the equivalent of the annual electricity consumption of around 34,000 households and reducing their collective CO2 footprint by 190,000 tonnes of CO2e a year.
Infranode I (Infranode), a Nordic infrastructure investment fund, and BeGreen, a Danish developer of large-scale solar PV parks, have just signed an agreement that will lead to the construction of the largest solar PV park in the Nordics – and the seventh largest in Europe.
